Effective upon purchase
This Commercial Licensing Agreement (“Agreement”) establishes the terms governing commercial licenses purchased from Stage 369 for The Manifest Show, Stage 369 music, audiovisual programming, and other designated Stage 369 content.
By purchasing a commercial license, the purchaser (“Licensee”) agrees to these terms.
Upon successful payment, Stage 369 grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable commercial license to use the specific content included in the commercial licensing package purchased.
The license applies only to the content, business locations, and usage rights included with the Licensee’s purchase.
Purchasing a license does not transfer ownership of any Stage 369 intellectual property.
Depending upon the commercial licensing package purchased, licensed content may include:
The Licensee receives rights only to the content included in the specific product or package purchased.
Commercial licensing is based on the number of business locations authorized to use the licensed content.
Unless otherwise expressly stated for a particular product, each quantity purchased represents one licensed business location.
For example:
A Licensee wishing to use the content at additional locations must purchase the appropriate additional quantity or obtain additional written licensing authorization from Stage 369.
When a commercial music license is purchased, the Licensee may play the licensed music at the authorized business location(s) for commercial purposes consistent with the license purchased.
Permitted uses may include background music, customer-facing environments, business presentations, business events, and other authorized on-premises commercial uses.
A music license does not automatically grant the right to commercially exhibit The Manifest Show unless the Licensee purchased a package specifically including those rights.
When a commercial license specifically includes The Manifest Show, the Licensee may commercially exhibit or play the authorized Manifest Show content at the licensed business location(s), subject to the scope of the package purchased.
Depending upon the package, licensed content may include episodes, music videos, soundtrack music, designated Season 2 music, and other content expressly included with that commercial license.
Purchasing a music-only license does not constitute a license to commercially exhibit full episodes of The Manifest Show.
The All Music Combined – Complete Music Library commercial license may include designated Stage 369 commercial music collections, including music from The Manifest Show Seasons 1 & 2 and Astana: The Suitcase Files, as specified with the product at the time of purchase.
This is a commercial music license and does not grant ownership of the underlying music or other intellectual property.
The Manifest Show & Music All Access commercial licensing package provides the commercial usage rights specifically identified with that package at the time of purchase.
Where expressly included, this may encompass authorized Manifest Show programming, music videos, soundtrack content, designated music collections, and other eligible Stage 369 content.
Unless Stage 369 provides separate written authorization, the Licensee may not:
All ownership rights in The Manifest Show, Stage 369 music, audiovisual content, recordings, compositions, characters, artwork, trademarks, copyrights, and other applicable intellectual property remain with Stage 369 and/or the respective rights holders.
A commercial license provides defined usage rights only.
No copyright, trademark, master recording ownership, composition ownership, character ownership, or other intellectual-property ownership is transferred through the purchase of a commercial license.
Following successful payment, the Licensee will receive access to the materials included with the purchased commercial license.
License materials are ready for download following purchase.

The personalized commercial license certificate serves as documentation of the Licensee’s authorized commercial use.
The certificate may identify:
The Licensee should retain the certificate with its business records.
Commercial use is limited to the number of locations purchased.
If the Licensee expands to additional locations, additional licenses must be purchased before the Stage 369 content is commercially used at those locations.
Use of Stage 369 content outside the scope of the purchased license is not authorized under this Agreement.
Stage 369 reserves all rights and remedies available concerning unauthorized reproduction, distribution, exhibition, commercial use, or exploitation of its protected content.
Commercial licenses are issued to the purchasing Licensee and may not be transferred, assigned, resold, or sublicensed to another individual, organization, franchisee, business, or third party without written authorization from Stage 369.
The product description and commercial license selected at checkout determine the specific content and commercial rights included with the Licensee’s purchase.
If there is a difference between the rights offered by two Stage 369 licensing products, purchasing one product does not automatically grant the rights associated with the other product.
By purchasing, downloading, accessing, playing, exhibiting, or otherwise commercially using licensed Stage 369 content, the Licensee acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Commercial Licensing Agreement.
